About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Support: Work alongside a senior Account Manager to meet and engage with current clients, learn their business needs, and support their ongoing success.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a local point of contact for client communications, ensuring prompt, helpful, and professional service.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in executing marketing initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and providing reports to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and strategy teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Professional Development: Learn the ins and outs of account management through mentorship, shadowing, and real-world experience.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Passionate about client service, marketing strategy, and relationship building
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Seattle area
  • Comfortable working both in the office and remotely as part of a hybrid team
