About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. This is a junior role designed for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their career in advertising or marketing. You’ll support the sales process and grow into managing your own deals over time.

What You’ll Do

Identify and research potential advertisers

Help with outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and meeting scheduling

Assist in writing sales proposals and tracking activity in CRM

Learn how to sell performance-based advertising

Collaborate with internal teams to understand how we build campaigns

Communicate clearly with prospects and support follow-ups

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications or similar preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable reaching out to new people via email or LinkedIn

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Strong interest in advertising, digital marketing, or media

Self-starter who’s motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or advertising

Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, or LinkedIn tools

Interest in startups or performance marketing
