Social Media Manager (Designer & Marketer Preferred)
Seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. Ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused approach. This important position manages our online presence and digital image. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and interested in creating content for our practice. This position could qualify for co-op or be a direct hire.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create content (posts, reels, etc) on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Turn any idea into a postable graphic or video
- Follow through on assigned tasks and personal creative initiatives and ideas
- Film and photograph around the office for content
- Schedule posts for optimized times using Business Suites or Hootsuite
- Respond to comments and messages
- Occasionally reach out to other companies for collaborative posts
- Other duties as assigned by Physician and/or Practice Administrator
- Skills in graphic design are a huge plus
- Having experience in promoting posts from TikTok and Meta Business Suite is a plus

We are a private medical office run by a single physician with over 20 employees offering surgical, non-surgical and aesthetic options for our patients/clients. This position is Full-time with flexible hours, hybrid, and located in Beachwood, Ohio. Some travel to satellite office required infrequently.
