As we expand, we're offering a hands-on internship opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in business development. Successful interns may be offered a full-time Business Development Associate role upon completion.
Internship Overview
This 12–16 week internship provides real-world experience in sales development, strategic outreach, go-to-market execution, and pipeline management. You’ll work cross-functionally with our sales and marketing teams and engage directly with prospects and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential public and private sector clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone; coordinate discovery calls.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain prospect data in HubSpot; track deal stages and assist with reporting.
- Proposal Support: Assist with RFP/RFI responses, proposal formatting, version control, and deadline tracking.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, conduct agency/competitor research, and identify new business opportunities or partners.
- Event & Conference Prep: Support outreach and follow-ups for events and conferences; help create supporting materials.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Research-oriented with an analytical mindset
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce), MS Office, LinkedIn, Zoom, Slack, and Calendly
- Bonus: Experience using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Copy.ai
