
Internal Branding and Communications Intern
Project Objectives:
Main Goal:
To coordinate and implement key initiatives from the Internal Communication Plan (NAM) by creating engaging, consistent, and visible communications that enhance employee experience and strengthen ACS Inc.'s internal identity and external employer brand.
Strategic Objectives:
- Operationalize the NAM Internal Communication Plan, ensuring visibility and continuity of key initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement through the active coordination of the ACS Inc. Events Committee.
- Strengthen employer branding, supporting ACS Inc.’s presence in job fairs and promotional activities.
- Enhance internal communication infrastructure, through digital channels like corporate TV and physical spaces like the ACS showroom.
- Create a corporate video to promote the products manufactured by ACS Inc., to be displayed on internal screens and at external events.
- Ensure visual consistency and message clarity in all HR communications.
- Manage and optimize promotional materials to support events and campaigns.
Project Phases & Activities:
Phase 1 – Immersion & Strategic Alignment
- Review the NAM Internal Communication Plan and identify active, pending and proposed actions.
- Meet with HR, Marketing, Production and other key stakeholders to align on priorities, tone, and content goals.
- Define a three-month action roadmap focusing on quick wins and strategic initiatives.
Phase 2 – Communication Channels & Content Activation
- Support the implementation of the corporate TV system, including content strategy, scheduling and automated publishing.
- Update and create HR communication materials (emails, posters, SharePoint content, etc.).
- Contribute to the ACS showroom project, ensuring consistency with internal communication themes and visual identity.
Phase 3 – Video Production: Promoting ACS Inc. Products
- Plan and script a short, engaging video highlighting the products manufactured at the ACS factory.
- Coordinate logistics, filming (in collaboration with internal teams or external partners), editing and branding.
- Ensure the final video is adapted for dual use: (1) corporate TVs to foster internal pride and awareness, and (2) career fairs to showcase ACS Inc.’s innovation and capabilities to external audiences.
Phase 4 – Engagement Moments & Events
- Coordinate the ACS Events Committee, manage planning meetings, and support internal event communication and execution.
- Launch and promote internal campaigns tied to key moments or strategic themes.
- Gather employee feedback to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement.
Phase 5 – Employer Branding & External Visibility
- Prepare and support ACS Inc.’s participation in career fairs, including materials, logistics and branding.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity aligned with the company’s EVP (Employer Value Proposition).
Phase 6 – Promotional Material Management
- Audit and organize the stock of promotional materials used in events and internal communication.
- Create a tracking and request process to improve availability and usage efficiency.
Phase 7 – Reporting & Handover
- Compile a final project report covering:
- Implemented actions and results
- Performance metrics and feedback
- Assets and documentation produced
- Recommendations for continuity and future improvements
- Deliver a centralized folder with all communication materials, templates, and assets for HR and communication teams.
Key Deliverables:
- Implementation log and activity tracker for the NAM Internal Communication Plan
- Updated HR communication templates and content
- Content calendar and technical setup for corporate TV
- Coordination materials for the ACS Events Committee
- Employer branding toolkit for job fairs
- Organized inventory and request system for promotional materials
- Concept, script, and final promotional video for internal and external use
- Final project report and recommendations
Ideal Intern Profile:
- Student in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills
- Proactive, creative, and visually aware
- Comfortable with content design tools (e.g., Canva), presentation platforms (PowerPoint), and digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience or interest in video production is a plus
