Digital Marketing and Front Desk Admin

Position Title: Digital Marketing and Front Desk Admin
Employment Type: Full-Time (32 to 40 hours per week average)
Location: Brain Balance of Lubbock
Reports To: Sarah McDowell

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Front Desk Admin. This full-time role combines responsibilities in digital marketing and administration to support our business operations, enhance our online presence, and ensure efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while fostering strong relationships with families and managing critical administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including TikTok videos, Facebook and Instagram stories, and posts for all types of social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). Create original content using pictures and videos collected of our families, students, and staff members to showcase our community and activities.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with followers to build community and enhance brand visibility.

Front Desk Administration (Approximately 25 hours/week)

  • Family Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with enrolled families, including both parents and children, through friendly and professional interactions to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Session Coordination: Greet children and ensure they are ushered into their sessions on time, coordinating with parents and staff to maintain a smooth schedule.
  • Customer Service: Respond to family inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule sessions, and coordinate with families to confirm appointments and ensure timely attendance.
  • Insurance Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate insurance reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely submission of claims or documentation for families utilizing insurance benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of family interactions, session schedules, insurance documentation, and other administrative data in company systems.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating family or community events, including scheduling, communication with participants, and logistical support.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer-facing administrative roles preferred. Experience with social media content creation is a required- creating original tik-toks, reels, stories, and posts.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and tools like Canva, video editing apps, or similar for creating engaging content.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a warm and approachable demeanor, especially when interacting with children and families.
    • Ability to create compelling visual content from photos and videos.
    • Basic understanding of insurance reporting processes or willingness to learn.
  • Availability: Ability to work about 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 
    • Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday - 11am to 7pm
    • Wednesday - 10am to 5pm
    • Every other Friday - 8:30am to 5pm (Every other Friday off!)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary/Wage:  $17/hour
  • Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, holiday pay
  • Every other weekend is a three day weekend!
