
Office Manager/Receptionist
A small, fast-paced government contracting firm in Bethesda, MD is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager/Receptionist to manage day-to-day office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office events
Support basic HR and accounting tasks, including filing and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Ensure compliance with security and administrative procedures
Qualifications:
0-2 years of administrative or office management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a small team environment
