Position Overview:
Student or recent graduate who lives and breathes social media. You’ll be on the front lines of our brand voice—dreaming up, shooting, editing, and publishing original content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director & Founder, Haverhill Leach, and take strategic direction from our agencies while also bringing your own ideas to the table.
What You’ll Do:
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form content (video, photo, graphics, text) for organic social media
- Own the end-to-end process: concept, film, edit, and publish content
- Conduct ongoing social listening and trendspotting to identify what’s next
- Pitch ideas and formats to enhance brand engagement and reach
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and customer experience teams
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms
- Help grow our organic presence and community—no paid ads, just pure creativity
Who You Are:
- A creative obsessed with social content—your camera roll is full of drafts, and your FYP is your inspiration board
- Comfortable on both sides of the camera and excited to shoot everything from behind-the-scenes to polished reels
- Skilled in video editing and photo editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and capturing what makes a brand feel personal
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and always on top of trends
- Portfolio or examples of content work required
