We are seeking a passionate and driven Medical Doctor Intern to join our dynamic clinical or telemedicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in patient care, digital health, and clinical operations in a supervised setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed physicians in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients under direct supervision.
Conduct preliminary patient assessments, take medical histories, and perform basic physical examinations.
Support telemedicine consultations, including documenting symptoms, updating EMRs, and participating in AI-assisted patient interactions.
Participate in clinical research, case discussions, and educational rounds.
Help develop or review patient education materials and digital health content (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and institutional patient privacy standards.
Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to improve patient experience and care workflows.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine) program in the U.S. or internationally.
International Medical Graduates (IMGs) must have completed their medical degree from a recognized institution and be actively pursuing or have completed USMLE Step 1 and/or Step 2.
Clinical rotation experience in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, or emergency medicine is preferred.
ECFMG certification is a plus (for IMGs).
Strong academic background in medical sciences and clinical knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working with digital tools and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Demonstrated interest in primary care, telemedicine, or health innovation is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS/ACLS certification (if available).
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient privacy practices.
