We're entering the  3rd year of the UR Alumni Banking Cohort! 

This program will prepare first and second year students for opportunities on Wall Street, and beyond, by connecting you with professional volunteers and alumni who will guide you through their industry’s recruiting process for internships and jobs. 

If a volunteer is not available to work with you immediately, we'll include you on a wait list and match you as early as possible. 

Before submitting your resume, you must utilize Quinncia's resume review resource AND meet with a career advisor to review your resume in order to meet industry standard expectations. 

Hannah Holland and Emily Sanders are the career advisors for the Consulting, Finance, and Marketing (CFM) career community, however you can also schedule an appointment with any career advisor. Please do this before the application deadline of October 5, 2025.
