About the Position:

Under the general direction of the Chief of the Office of Delivery Improvement & Agreements (ODIA), who is a Supervising Transportation Engineer, the incumbent will act as the primary point of contact between Caltrans District Project Managers (PMs), Caltrans Headquarters, and California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA) for matters related to Interagency Agreements. The incumbent will prepare reports, briefing materials, and recommendations for senior leadership regarding CHSRA project coordination and workload planning. The incumbent will mediate CHSRA and District PMs to resolve disputes over invoices and resolve other Interagency Agreements (IAA) related issues.
