SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN – FALL 2025

Be the face behind the feed.

Location: Remote + North Idaho preferred (Sandpoint, CDA, Spokane, Bonners Ferry)
Hours: 5–15/week
Pay: School credit + Monthly stipend
Start Date: September-ish (we’re flexible)

We’re Like Media—home of Living Local's (Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, Bonners Ferry, Gig Harbor, REAL Northwest Living, 509 and 253 Lifestyle Magazines. We’re looking for a creative, organized, social-savvy intern to help run our brand and client social media accounts this fall.

If you’re obsessed with reels, captions, design, and building community online—you’ll love this.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan + post content across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
  • Help manage Like Media’s social feeds (and a few fun client ones)
  • Create graphics, reels, stories (we use Canva + CapCut)
  • Jump in on brainstorms and content strategy
  • Track what’s working (we’ll teach you!)
  • Maybe attend a few events or client shoots if you're local

You’re probably:

  • Studying marketing, comms, or something creative
  • Already managing your own IG like a mini brand
  • Familiar with Canva, Instagram trends, and maybe Meta tools
  • Good with deadlines + working on your own
  • Looking for real experience, not busywork

What you get:
