Administrative Assistant
The Burrell Behavioral Health team is seeking an exceptionally talented, customer service obsessed, resourceful and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Leadership Team. This role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently on assignments with sound judgment.
The right candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining great flexibility and a sense of humor. The candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, be customer-service oriented and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Having great organization skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice will ensure success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements (appointments, meetings and conference calls) for multiple leadership.
- Adaptable to fast paced environment and ability to pivot as needed for all supported leadership on a daily basis
- Prioritize workflow based on supported leaderships daily/weekly schedules
- Perform clerical/secretarial task relating to the position or as requested by leadership
- Coordination/prep and attendance (if required) of meetings with the ability to take detailed minutes
- Work collaboratively with leadership and their team members as well as other Administrative Team members who support leadership
- Greet visitors, vendors, sort and distribute incoming mail/correspondence to the appropriate leaders and departments and book meeting room request (rotation with other Admin Team members)
Experience and/or Education Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative and and/or office setting experience preferred
- Professional clear written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientated philosophy
- Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
- Advanced Microsoft Office – Office (specific knowledge in use of scheduling assistant), Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Word – management skills
