Connecticut Valley Hospital (CVH), under the umbrella of the State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) has anticipated on-call Physician (PCN 114091) roles within our team. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Work Schedule: Our hospital needs are:
- 16-hour weekday shift, 4:30 pm to 8:30 am; or,
- 24-hour weekend shift, 8:30 am to 8:30 am
- Location: 1000 Silver Street, Middletown, CT

The Connecticut Valley Hospital boasts a rich history first opening its doors over 150 years ago in 1868. As the State’s public hospital we provide treatment of mental illness and currently comprised of 18 inpatient units over two campuses (Middletown and Hartford). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Completion of one (1) year of a residency program.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Incumbents must possess and maintain eligibility for participation in federal health care programs as defined in 42 U.S. 1320a-7b(f).
