We are looking for curious, driven, and innovative interns to join our AI Team at Millennium. As an AI Intern, you will help design, develop, and implement AI solutions that improve our business operations and decision-making. You’ll collaborate with technologists, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable AI applications.
This internship gives you the chance to work on real-world AI projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. At Millennium, you’ll gain hands-on experience using advanced AI technologies to solve complex problems and drive meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test AI models and algorithms to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and train machine learning models.
- Implement and optimize AI models for scalability, performance, and accuracy.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for AI applications, following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in AI systems, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above required
- Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages (e.g., Java, C++).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of AI concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience working with large datasets and tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Spark.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for AI and its applications in solving real-world problems.
The estimated base salary for this position is $150,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
