Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate debt solutions
- Conduct consultative sales using proven scripts and objection-handling techniques
- Educate clients on available financial programs
- Manage and update leads in the CRM system
- Maintain compliance with all sales and industry standards
 

What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals
- Spanish Speaker is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred; financial services experience a plus
- Willingness to grow and take on leadership opportunities
 

What You Can Expect:
- Commission: 1.25% of enrolled debt + performance bonuses 
- Average earnings: $6,000–$9,000/month; top performers earn $12,000+
- Full training provided — no cold calling, all leads are inbound
