HR Product Manager Intern, New York

 

Millennium’s Human Resources Division is dedicated to building efficient processes to support the people of the firm. We leverage technologies to enable these workflows and to enable data-driven decisions. This empowers us to operate at a scale across global markets. 

 

We are seeking talented and curious interns to join our HR Product Management and Reporting team. Some of the key technologies we leverage are Workday, ServiceNow, Alteryx, Tableau, etc. to meet the needs of our stakeholders.  As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative solutions to address stakeholder requests, while proactively recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency or mitigate risks.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into functional designs or user stories.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the solution aligns with the design, addressing any questions or clarifications as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, escalate key decisions, and communicate any significant issues.
  • Create use cases and conduct thorough testing to validate the solution.
  • Contribute to the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and assist in training users on new processes or functionality.
  • Analyze data sets to create visualizations and identify trends.
  • For certain projects, build / configure the solution.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or Master’s students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Major in Engineering, Information Technology, or are focused on Human Resources and have strong analytical skills and are very comfortable with technology.
  • Experience designing a technical solution, and/or performing complex analysis using Excel (or other similar tool).
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above required.
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

 

The estimated base salary for this position is $100,000 which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
