COPY EDITOR INTERN (1 Position Open)
Job description
Pacific Daily News is looking for a Copy Editor Intern to work directly with PDN’s seasoned Copy Editors. In this role you will assist in line editing and copy editing to ensure that content on our website, social media are effective and the correct grammar and style is used. You will work closely with the News Director and Assistant Editor to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
We are looking for a candidate who has strong and effective communication skills, excellent organization and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Word, extreme attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines. If this sounds like you, we may have a great partnership!
This Internship is Available for:
- Internship for Credit - Students must seek instructions and approval from their internship professor FIRST before applying.
