We are searching for a Patient Care Coordinator with a bright personality who is dedicated to providing the best patient service possible!

We are committed to finding a Patient Care Coordinator who:

•  Possesses great interpersonal skill
•  Radiates confidence and has a friendly, warm attitude
•  Creates a connection with patients and fellow team members
•  Is extremely well organized and detailed-oriented
•  Is eager to learn and self-motivated
•  Has 1+ years proven dental front office experience (preferred, not required)
• Your areas of responsibility would include:
•  First point of contact for all patients and guests
•  Answering phones, texts, and emails in a timely manner
•  Scheduling appointments and ensuring optimum schedule for all providers
•  Making sound financial arrangements, collecting and posting payments
•  Knowledge of dental procedures, tooth numbers and dental terminology is a huge plus
