Established in 1855, Southwestern Advantage is the oldest entrepreneurial program for college students in the world. Utilizing the single-level direct sales business model, college and university students run their own business selling educational resources to families through in-home consultations and referrals. This summer sales internship program has empowered more than 100,000 college students from over 1,600 campuses worldwide to achieve their goals in life.
Job Description:
This is an onsite role as an Independent Educational Sales Representative. Representatives will learn how to run their own business by generating sales leads, identifying and addressing client needs, preparing and presenting product demonstrations, and closing sales with customers. Representatives will work closely with families, sales leaders, and fellow reps.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and learn quickly.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer and relocate for the summer.
- Enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and personal development.
