Are you passionate about helping children thrive? At Solutions Behavioral Consulting (SBC), we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team of Behavior Technicians. Whether you’re starting your career or looking to make a meaningful shift, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do

As a Behavior Technician at SBC, you’ll work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral challenges. After completing comprehensive, fully paid training, you'll be certified to use evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your work will focus on helping children develop essential skills such as:

Communication and language development

Social and play skills

Adaptive daily living skills

Managing challenging behaviors

You’ll work at our Solutions Center for Autism in Macedonia and in local partner schools within a 30-minute radius. Your support will directly impact a child’s progress and independence.

 Ideal candidates will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field is a plus)
  • Experience working with children (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass FBI/BCI background checks
