Responsibilities May Include:
- Review development and utility plans for municipal and regulatory compliance
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater, water, and wastewater systems
- Assist in or lead the planning and design of infrastructure projects
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Conduct field investigations and provide construction support
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior staff and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables (for senior roles)
Role-Specific Qualifications:

Engineer-in-Training (EIT):
- Passed the FE exam
- 1–2 years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater planning/design
- Registration as an EIT in Georgia is preferred

Project Engineer:
- 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on municipal infrastructure
- Strong design skills and experience collaborating with clients and permitting agencies
- PE license is a plus

Project Manager:
- 5+ years of experience and a PE license in Georgia or ability to obtain within one year
- Proven ability to manage projects, mentor staff, and lead client coordination
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
General Qualifications (All Levels):
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with minimal supervision
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Hold a current and valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
- Commit to adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times
