Job Description
We are looking for Product Sales Operations specialists to join our product operations team to help accelerate our growth as we scale rapidly. You will serve on the front lines of our product expansion efforts — guiding our customers to upgrade to our new products through both inbound and outbound outreach. Your insights will directly shape the product strategy, as you collect feedback, identify patterns, and work closely with the product team to inform improvements and optimize the customer experience.
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, systems-oriented, high-adapability and passionate about making an impact in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to customers via inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and emails to upgrade them to our new products
- Do whatever it takes to close customers from start to finish; including sales to offer management to customer service to application processing
- Act as a bridge between the customer and product team – gathering, analyzing, and communicating feedback to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, document, and refine internal processes around product expansion and customer engagement
- Obtain necessary licensure for outbound sales
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence
- Grit, determination, and speed – ability to excel in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and hit ambitious targets
- Proven track record of exceptional problem-solving capability
- Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Familiarity with data analysis tools; SQL
- Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis
