Selected applicants will serve as entry-level trainees in the DLA Pathways to Career Excellence (PaCE) Program performing a series of progressively responsible It Specialist (INFOSEC) functions, along with formal and on-the-job training (OJT).

Duties

• The below responsibilities will be performed in a developmental capacity:
• Assists in performing cybersecurity analysis to ensure security controls are actively applied in order to facilitate confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation.
• Performs a series of progressively more responsible assignments involving all aspects of IT plans and programs to include the following duties: Serves as an Alternate Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to the Primary ISSM or Alternate Security Controls Assessor Representative (SCA Rep) to a primary SCA Rep, in support of the Agency's Chief Information Officer (CIO)
• Responsible for conducting continuous cybersecurity compliance monitoring in conjunction with the DLA Risk Management Framework Continuous Monitoring requirements.
