Fall 2025 Commercial Real Estate Virtual Internship Program

Since 2016, Project Destined has equipped
over 20,000 students with the skills needed for successful careers in Real Estate Investments, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Development, Consulting, and other sectors.

In this live, 6-week program, students will
• Gain hands-on experience analyzing active real estate deals
•Sharpen their skills through financial modeling workshops
• Receive mentorship from top industry professionals, and showcase their expertise in a “Shark Tank”-style pitch to leading Real Estate executives

Program Features:
• Training & Mentorship
Work on a live real estate deal in your community as part of a corporate-backed team, with training and guidance from experienced firm mentors.
•Pitch & Earn
Compete in a Shark Tank-style pitch presentation to seasoned executives and earn a $350 stipend.
