- Hours: M-F 8- 4:30pm or 10-6:30 pm(EST)
- Training: hours are 9:30 am- 6 pm (EST)
- Work Site Location: 1000 Yard St. Grandview Heights, Ohio (Offering Hybrid work schedule)

What you'll do as a Quality Assurance Analyst:
As a QA Analyst you will be responsible for the administration and execution of Life Underwriting Quality Assurance Program, including reviewing new and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and quality of data. Performs duties within established company practices and procedures with latitude for independent judgment, discretion, and initiative.
CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides review and analysis of life new business and reissues.
- Performs broad review of insured operations using internet tools, insured websites, applications submitted to the company, underwriting documentation, etc.
- Identifies and considers potential remedies, and recommends best remedies among those considered.
- May assist team members with more complex files and referrals.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training, daily interaction with associates and management.
- Ability to analyze workflow procedures and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze evaluation results and make appropriate training recommendations.
- Decision-making ability.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related software.
- Attention to detail and quality are key to success in this position. Must meet production and quality scorecard after training.
Training period is approximately 2 weeks.
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- Education: Undergraduate studies in business administration, communication or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in conflict resolution.
- Ability to learn life underwriting and pricing risks both at the individual risk level and overall book management level, company products, program guides underwriting standards and philosophy, interface applications, all applicable special account insurance coverages, state statutes and regulations pertaining to underwriting assignments.
