Marketing & Branding Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing & Branding Coordinator (Student or Entry-Level)
Location: Hybrid – Remote with Occasional In-Person Meetings (Parkland or Cooper City)
Type: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule)

About Language Link Therapy:
Language Link Therapy is a fast-growing pediatric therapy practice focused on early intervention for children with developmental delays. Our mission is to empower families and provide meaningful therapy that supports the entire child. We are currently rebranding to reflect our evolving vision — and we’re looking for someone with creativity, drive, and heart to help shape how we show up to the world.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a marketing-minded student or recent graduate who is self-taught, resourceful, and technically capable. You don’t need a long resume, however, you do need a portfolio, strong instincts, and the ability to figure things out independently. If you’ve ever taught yourself Canva, Adobe, Figma, or built a website for fun, and you want your work to matter…this is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Brand Refresh:
Support our rebranding by helping define visual identity, tone, and positioning across all platforms.

Marketing Materials:
Design flyers, brochures, and presentation materials used in pediatrician offices, schools, ABA centers, and daycares.

Community Presence:
Create poster boards and visuals for referral sources and outreach campaigns.

Digital Content:
Keep our website and social media accounts fresh, consistent, and engaging.

Online Reputation:
Build strategies and content to increase 5-star Google and Facebook reviews from families and partners.

Team Collaboration:
Partner with leadership and website developers to offer creative ideas and write or organize content as needed.

Who You Are:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related program

Self-taught with design and digital tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms

Organized, proactive, and able to manage projects without needing constant oversight

Strong writer and communicator

Genuinely excited about working with a mission-driven company that serves children with special needs

Bonus Points If You Have:

A personal portfolio of design or marketing work

Experience managing social media for a club, brand, or cause

Interest or background in pediatric care, education, or nonprofit work

How to Apply:
Send your resume and a brief message sharing:
