We’re looking for Patient Access Specialists to join a fast-paced hospital environment where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Collect and verify insurance and demographic information

Manage check-in/check-out processes and maintain accurate patient records

Answer phones and provide front-line customer service support

Support hospital staff with administrative and scheduling tasks

Who We’re Looking For:

No healthcare experience required!

Ideal for individuals with previous customer-facing experience (e.g. retail, hospitality, administrative support)

Strong communication and attention to detail

Comfortable with technology and data entry

Open Locations & Shifts:

📍 Lewiston, ME – Campus Ave

Option 1:

Week 1: Thurs, Fri, Sat | 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

Week 2: Mon, Wed, Thurs | 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

Option 2:

3x Overnight 12-hour shifts/week (including weekends) | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Option 3:

3x 12-hour shifts/week (including weekends) | 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM

📍 Bangor, ME –  Broadway

Full-time shifts available; details provided during screening

📍 Nashua, NH –  Kinsley Street

Full-time shifts available; details provided during screening
