Curation Internship (A&R Focused)
Role Overview:
The Three Times Louder Curator Intern will support our artist discovery efforts by identifying emerging talent, researching new sounds, and helping shape the creative direction of our roster. This role is ideal for someone deeply tapped into the New York underground music culture, with a strong instinct for what’s next.
This Internship will be paid, 3 days a week, and in-person at our Brooklyn office. Beginning on September 29th and running until November 21st, the Fall Internship session will be 8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new sounds, and emerging artists that align with the Three Times Louder ethos
- Attend live shows to discover emerging talent and recommend new artists or producers that we can collaborate with, or add to our roster
- Track emerging sounds across platforms like SoundCloud, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Help coordinate artist-facing moments including meetups, writing camps, and creative sessions
Qualifications:
- A deep passion for the NYC Hip-Hop scene
- Someone who loves to attend shows and events, and is unafraid to make new connections
- A strong passion for artist discovery, and searching for new sounds
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
