What We’re Looking For:

A proactive graphic designer with strong food photography, branding, and visual skills willing to join a start up. This role is perfect for someone who has a part-time job already covering their basics, but wants to belong to an up and coming content creation firm. You as the Brand designer must be comfortable planning, creating, and editing creative content that will remind the clients' followers about their food/drinks (No advanced editing skills needed). You must also be: Detail-oriented, self-directed, team-minded. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design branded graphics for Instagram and design print materials (posts, carousels, stories, tote bags, etc.), plus mood boards for each campaign.
  • Shoot and edit food or product content for hired season (3 month campaign / 4-5 posts per week)
  • Join in-person Mondays (shoots or creative meetings)
  • Attend 1–2 Zoom calls per week for edits, feedback, and planning when needed
  • Collaborate on creative direction, create shot lists and moodboards
  • Schedule client posts/stories with captions for the whole campaign, and monitor client accounts
  • Photographing food, drinks, and lifestyle content for clients
  • Capturing short, simple Reels (10 seconds or less – no heavy editing required)
  • Scheduling models participating in shoots

Requirements:

  • Graphic design experience (Adobe Suite or Canva Pro, etc.)
  • Food photography experience (portfolio or sample work required)
  • Your own car for shoots/meetings
  • Comfortable using photography and videography equipment
  • Strong sense of color, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Organized, communicative, and self-motivated

  • Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $400 per month
    (Based on 20 hours per month at $20/hour)
  • Project-Based Commission: $1,000 per project
    (Based on 50 hours at $20/hour, paid in 4 installments of $250 each)
