Two considerations have shaped our investment range: our clients' objectives and a philosophy of only focusing on those things we know we can do well. This allows us to aim to deliver consistent and repeatable performance. Our capabilities include fixed income, risk management strategies including liability-driven investment (LDI) and currency risk management, absolute return and multi-asset capabilities. Institutional clients are able to access these capabilities on a segregated account basis or via our pooled fund range.
Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their career in the investment management industry, with an interest in client facing roles.
This role will provide broad exposure across distribution functional areas by supporting and working with a wide cohort of experienced colleagues. With proven success, you will have the opportunity to:

As part of this role, we will support pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation through learning materials, fee reimbursement, and study days for those that wish to pursue.
The role will report to a manager that oversees other recent graduates within Investment and there will be additional mentorship and coaching opportunities.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent at an accredited university.
- Demonstrated interest in finance, investment management, and the broader investment industry.
- Candidates should possess strong quantitative and technical skills and demonstrate an understanding of technology, data, and AI and their applications in asset management.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Desire to work in a high caliber and collaborative environment with a global team of fixed income investment professionals, quant developers and data scientists.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Someone who takes initiative and is a self-starter.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and knowledge of or willingness to learn data visualization tools and techniques.
- Openness to continuous learning as AI and fintech rapidly evolve.
A successful fixed income professional in today’s asset management landscape must possess a strong quantitative foundation complemented by a forward-thinking, technology-oriented mindset. Proficiency in emerging technologies—particularly in AI and fintech—is increasingly critical. Equally important is the ability to collaborate effectively across both investment and technical teams, harness technological tools to drive insights, and remain agile in the face of continuous innovation.
