Job Description:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will use your communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Understand and utilize sales and marketing strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest in our services.
- Customer Service: Build relationships with customers and learn their needs, providing personalized product recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs.
- Sales: Use your understanding of our products to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions and a smile.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your team to keep up with new products and marketing strategies, ensuring you are always equipped to handle customer questions.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience (1+ years)
- Sales or Marketing/Branding Experience (3+ months)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly.
- Ability to critically think and analyze target markets.
- Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.
What we offer:
- Base pay of $17-20/hour plus uncapped commission, paid weekly
