2026 Summer Analyst Internship

DW&Co.’s Summer Analyst interns work side-by-side with our associate-analyst team on current and prospective engagements, thereby gaining first-hand deal experience in the Analyst role.  Summer Analysts receive on-the-job training throughout their time with us and benefit from working with experienced professionals on meaningful assignments.

The Summer Analyst can expect to participate in a variety of deal tasks, including:

• Performing valuation analyses using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, public company comparables, and transaction comparables models. 
• Working directly with senior investment bankers to create presentations, offering memoranda, buyers lists, and other materials for clients.
• Performing detailed company and industry research.
• Participating in meetings and other transaction processes, offering exposure to company executives, buyers, financing sources, and other senior bankers.
