Position Type: This is a part-time position with ability to expand into a full-time position.
 

Experience Gain: Ideal for creatives looking to expand their portfolio and make their mark on the digital world, this role offers a unique experience in storytelling, client collaboration, and project management.

Salary: $11-$18/hr, based on experience and skills in video production and social media content optimization.

Work Schedule and Flexibility:

- Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays.

- Flexibility is key as content sessions vary by project and often take place in the field.

- A reliable source of transportation is necessary to navigate diverse project locations across the RGV.

- A team-oriented attitude is crucial; we thrive on constant, daily communication to ensure alignment and cohesion within our projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in videography, and photography with a portfolio to showcase.

- Proficiency in editing software of your choice 

- Ownership of necessary equipment for content creation.

- A deep-seated passion for digital storytelling and community impact.

- Resilience and adaptability to outdoor work environments.

- Based in, or willingness to relocate to, the RGV due to our focus on local projects.
 

Location: This position is local to the RGV, more specifically, Edinburg, Pharr, McAllen, celebrating our commitment to community-focused content creation. All applicants will need to be based out of McAllen or surrounding cities.

Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
