What You’ll Do
- Support and execute face-to-face retail marketing campaigns for major clients
- Gain hands-on experience by learning the fundamentals of campaign strategy, team leadership, and client services
- Learn how to manage in-store marketing teams and drive brand awareness
- Work with clients to ensure campaign performance and brand standards are met
- Analyze campaign data to make actionable recommendations
- Train and mentor new team members as you progress
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or currently in final year (all majors welcome)
- A strong interest in marketing, sales, or leadership
- Excellent people skills and the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, retail-based setting
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
