Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and acquire new customers. This includes networking, lead generation, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough insurance consultations with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Offer a range of insurance products - including home, auto, life, commercial, and more - to meet the needs of the customer.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with policy inquires, claims processing, and policy adjustments.
- Ensure that your agency operates in compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
- Continuously grow your agency's book of business by retaining existing customers and expanding your customer base through referrals and other marketing efforts.
- Provide training, leadership, and mentorship to your team members to ensure they also deliver top=notch service to customers.
- Manage the financial aspects of your agency - including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or insurance is a plus
- Current property, casualty, life, and health insurance license OR willingness to obtain within 60-days. Licensing coursework is paid by Farmers Insurance - Team North Star.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong orbitational and time-management skills.
- A passion for helping people protect their assets and achieve financial security.
