Research and Development Intern

Tendaya Technology Group (www.tendaya.com) is actively seeking a qualified candidate to join its Research and Development laboratories in support of the company’s materials development initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will possess a robust scientific background and meet the following qualifications:

1. Fundamental laboratory skills, which include the safe handling of chemicals and strict adherence to general laboratory safety protocols. The ability to accurately weigh, measure, mix, and manage chemicals safely and responsibly is essential. 
2. Research capabilities, encompassing the ability to identify relevant technical literature, critically assess it, and effectively summarize key findings.
3. Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation of experiments and their outcomes.
4. Strong time management skills, demonstrated by a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing tasks independently.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for reporting findings and presenting materials during meetings.
6. The ability to collaborate constructively within team environments, combined with creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.

The position is a two-month, result-oriented, project-based, and temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. Compensation: $15/hour.
