Cams Lobby Shop - Shift Supervisor

Supervisor Role:

In this role you are expected to support the daily operations of Cams Lobby Shop and serve as the key leader on duty in the absence of management. This role ensures smooth and efficient store function during scheduled shifts, focusing on customer service, team guidance, inventory, safety, and cash handling. The Shift Supervisor also holds additional responsibility for secure transport of money bags for both the Lake Street and Cams locations (note: you are only responsible to do this ONCE per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise store operations and lead team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues as they arise.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and oversee daily cash handling.
• Pick up and drop off money bags for both Lake Street and CAMS locations, following security protocols.
• Train new staff and support team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with campus policies.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
