We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at our Bethel Park location.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and company vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, as well as facility systems (flooring, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Respond to service safety requests from team members and help train staff on basic facility maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a daily log of all maintenance activities and support our commitment to a clean, safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance, repair, construction, or mechanical work (plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience a plus).
- Skills: Proficient with hand and power tools; strong problem-solving skills; basic understanding of building systems; reliable and self-motivated.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, work in tight or elevated spaces, and perform tasks in varying temperatures.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background and drug screening.
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexibility to work 8-16 hours/week, working most Saturdays
- $25–$30/hour, based on experience
