Job Description:
Seeking a Certified Airtable Enterprise Administrator who is excited to help lay the foundation for a transformative platform rollout. This role will have an opportunity to shape out teams adopt, secure and scale the use of the platform. This role is ideal for someone that enjoys being hands on, managing user access, permissions and compliance to ensure Airtable is governed responsibility and positioned to grow.

Experience: 5-9 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Airtable governance tasks including license provisioning and user onboarding.
- Administer the Airtable Admin Panel including SSO, SCIM, and audit logging under supervision.
- Manage user groups, permissions, and access policies across organizational units.
- Support implementation of security, compliance, and data retention policies.
- Assist with data lifecycle management and workspace organization.
- Monitor system usage, adoption metrics, and platform health.
- Support governance of native and custom integrations.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to align with enterprise standards.
- Provide onboarding, training, and workspace configuration support for new teams.
- Coordinate with the Airtable Solutions Architect to ensure architectural alignment with governance policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with Airtable in an enterprise environment.
- 3–5 years in enterprise SaaS administration or IT operations.
- Certified Airtable Enterprise Administrator (required).
- Working knowledge of Airtable admin console, user/group management, and API capabilities.
- Familiarity with SSO, SCIM, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
- Understanding of data lifecycle and access control best practices.
- Ability to follow governance procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with the different types of applications used by large teams to manage the SDLC and adopt various best practices in software development (exposure to SDLC in medical or defense environment a plus).
- Experience working with and administering third party client-only application and enterprise applications (client/server and web based).
- Able to rapidly absorb and implement new technologies and procedures.
- Technical and communication skills to support, diagnose, and troubleshoot end-user problems (supporting software engineering teams a plus).
- At least three years of experience in systems support.
- Must have solid experience administering PTC Integrity ALM for managing requirements, tests, and test results.
- Working knowledge of defect tracking systems, and source control systems.
- Understanding of access management and information security concepts.
- Software and Tools Used/Supported (experience with all of these is not required, but exposure, understanding and prior administration is a plus): Application Lifecycle Management: PTC Integrity, DOORS, HP Quality Center, TFS Defect Tracking: JIRA, ClearQuest Static Code Analysis: Coverity, Code Sonar, etc. Source Code Control: AccuRev, Git/Bitbucket, ClearCase, TFS, SVN Continuous Integration: Jenkins, TeamCity, Build Forge System Configuration Management: Chef, Puppet, Ansible Scripting: Windows (PowerShell), Linux/Mac (bash), PERL, Ruby
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
Duties:
- Collaborate with engineers on use of third-party applications that allow them to more effectively define, design, develop, verify, and validate high quality and secure medical software.
- This includes configuring/customizing third party applications to solve business problems, while ensuring those applications enforce key product development processes.
- Provide training to internal users (small group and individual), troubleshoot application problems, define procedures that general IT support staff can follow to resolve tier 1 requests (new accounts, software installs, etc.).
- Participate in the team s recurring work direction meetings (aka scrum standups) and team planning meetings.
- May recommend purchase of software and coordinates installation with vendors and/or technician.
