About the Role:
Subject is seeking a passionate and skilled ASL Tutor to support student success through targeted instruction, feedback, and academic coaching in a flexible, virtual environment. Ideal for college students with strong ASL proficiency and an interest in education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mini-lessons and reteaching sessions during scheduled Learning Lab hours

Support a caseload of students by monitoring progress and providing timely, constructive feedback

Collaborate with lead teachers and staff to support individual learning needs

Reach out proactively to students who may need extra help, and respond promptly to requests

Grade and review student work within 24–48 hours using provided rubrics

Complete quality checks on auto-scored assignments and participate in scoring consistency activities

Communicate effectively with students and partners within a 24-hour window

Report curriculum errors and support continual improvement of content
