Line/Prep Cook

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a prep cook who has a passion for food, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our chefs to prepare ingredients and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen. All our menu options are made from scratch in-house utilizing a variety of local suppliers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and proteins according to recipes and chef instructions.
  • Measure and mix ingredients as needed for daily menus.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage.
  • Support the kitchen team during service and help with dishwashing as needed.

What Qualifications You Need

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
