What You'll Do:
- Deliver in-home, skills-based interventions using a solution-focused approach
- Help families build parenting, communication, and behavior management skills
- Partner with schools, social services, and law enforcement to support family goals
- Remain available for families 24/7 on a rotational basis for crisis intervention
- Use your own vehicle to travel to family homes (mileage reimbursed)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and families
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
