Marketing Assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Location: Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC
Hours: 15-20 hours/week (4–6 hours/day, 3–5 days/week)
Work Mode: Hybrid – remote with occasional in-person work at Kolbe Gallery Seattle or Kolbe Gallery Vancouver showrooms

Kolbe Gallery Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary, and Hawaii are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. As an authorized reseller of Kolbe Windows & Doors, we serve architects, builders, and design professionals in the luxury architectural product market. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, family-owned business with a strong creative culture and exciting growth ahead.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the Principal and Marketing Manager with a variety of marketing tasks across all four gallery locations:

• Write engaging copy for newsletters, social media, and website content
• Manage and schedule social media posts; community management and engagement
• Assist with website updates and blog content
• Capture and edit photography and video content from job sites and showrooms
• Help design marketing materials and campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas to elevate our brand presence

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Reside in the Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC area
• Interest in architecture, design, and the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail and visual design
• Desire to learn and grow in a creative marketing environment

Preferred:

• Photography experience and a modern smartphone/camera for media capture
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience with social media platforms and website management
• Creative writing and storytelling skills
• Own laptop for remote work
