Overview of the Role:
CLD PR is excited to team up with ASTR the Label — one of the hottest and trendiest brands on the market. Known for designing elevated yet attainable clothing, ASTR captures the spirit of modern style with a true love for fashion at its core. This pre-fall event will celebrate the brand’s signature style as we get ready to welcome the new season. Think transitional looks, effortless fashion moments, and a stylish lead-in to fall.
Interns will play an integral role in supporting our team on-site at a celebrity and macro-influencer-facing event in Austin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience in executing a high-profile fashion event. CLD PR (@cldstyle) specializes in celebrity, influencer, and media seeding, and we’re proud to have worked with A-list talent such as Rihanna, Camila Cabello, Jenna Ortega, Kacey Musgraves, Vanessa Hudgens, Rita Ora, Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, Doja Cat, Joey King, Barry Keoghan, Bella Hadid, and many more! Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site production logistics
- Merchandise and style brand displays and interactive photo moments
- Manage and organize inventory
- Support talent and influencer guests with inventory selection and content creation
- Help with guest check-in and ensure a smooth flow of attendees
- Provide administrative and day-of support to lead event producer
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic presentation of the event venue
What We’re Looking For: If you're an individual who is passionate about event production, brand collaboration, creating memorable experiences, and/or hospitality - we want to work with you! Having great energy, an enthusiastic attitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to become an expert in all trades is welcomed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be available in Austin, TX on Wednesday, August 6th (3PM-6PM) and Thursday, August 7th (3PM-10PM)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- Professionalism when interacting with talent and brand representatives
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with event setup tasks
- No prior experience is required, we’re happy to work with anyone looking to get their foot in the door. All experience levels are welcome.
