Financial Analyst
Job Description:
Azuria is seeking a motivated upcoming graduate with a strong work ethic to join our Finance Leadership Program as a Financial Analyst. FLP's will complete 4 rotations across the FP&A, Supply Chain, Controllership, Operational Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Development disciplines across a 2 year period. Each rotation will be 6 months in duration, located in Tampa, Batesville/Oxford, Chesterfield, or field office locations. Rotations will consist of rigorous responsibilities and deliverables that will allow the FLP to gain meaningful experience across the various finance disciplines. In addition, program members will interact with senior leadership and formalized training. FLP's will graduate the program with a holistic experience across all disciplines and will have priority consideration for open finance positions post-program.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Analyze the company’s financial performance through preparation and review of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Supports the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts by working with stakeholders within the business.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special finance projects and initiatives, providing valuable contributions to the team.
Requirements:
Basic Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Completed basic/entry level Business Management and Financial Accounting courses
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to work in team environment; ability to work with cross-functional business partners
Ability to learn new job skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
