Community Outreach Assistant

The Community Outreach Assistant’s Objective: Responsible for the Planning, Oversight and Execution of ChiroRx’s Outreach Strategies to generate New Patients and Manage the ChiroRx Philanthropic Goals and Brand in the community.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Plan, Coordinate and Execute Marketing and Outreach Events such as Health Fairs, Webinars, Trade Shows and Community Events 
  • Building relationships with Businesses and Organizations in the community
  • Meeting 1:1 with Businesses to Coordinate Give Back Events
  • Follow up with Leads from Outreach Events to Answer Questions
  • Planning Internal Events and Promotions to Appreciate our Patients
  • Oversee Reactivation Campaigns
  • Be an Active Volunteer in the Community
  • Maintain Accurate Reporting and Communication Records
  • Maintain Accurate Statistics and Reach Philanthropic and New Patient Goals

Qualifications for Community Outreach Representative 

  • Experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred but not required 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong customer service and rapport 
  • Great persuasive and negotiation skills 
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software 
  • Have a reliable vehicle for transportation to meetings and events 
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods at a time
