Child and Adolescent Therapist LSW - Pennsylvania - Contract

Position Summary 

Blackbird Clinical Services is looking to hire an Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Therapist Pennsylvania, Contract to join our growing team. This is an on-site role. The provider has the option to choose from our clinic locations in Allentown, Doylestown, Exton, Fort Washington, Langhorne and/or King of Prussia, PA and will work with our Behavioral Health team to deliver high quality direct care to patients and their families. Our ideal candidate has experience and a passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults. This role supports our patients' needs for afterschool, evening and weekend direct care, virtual, telehealth therapy sessions.

  • Willing to go the extra mile when working with families, with the flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients, if needed

How you’ll make an impact: 

  • Lead individual therapy sessions to youth ages 2-26
  • Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
  • Collaborate and engage with other healthcare professionals and families
  • Maintain thorough patient records and documentation
  • Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week Saturdays 8am-7pm.

The basics you’ll need:

  • Licensed as a LSW in Pennsylvania
  • Possess (1) one year of experience with individual therapy working with children and adolescent patients
  • Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
  • Commit to a minimum of 5 hour commitment during core hours.
