Sales Support Intern

Position Summary

The Sales Support Intern will assist the Sales, Onboarding, and Marketing teams to help streamline sales operations, improve customer experience, and support go-to-market initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and provides exposure to key areas of the business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with lead tracking, CRM updates, and pipeline reporting.
  • Support the Onboarding team with new customer setup and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to prepare sales collateral, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Help organize and track customer feedback and product usage trends.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and taking notes as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales proposals, demos, and contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
