Hybrid - Des Plaines, IL | Full-Time |  $20–$25/hour

Are you passionate about ERP systems and solving real business challenges? Do you have a knack for process improvement and supporting end users through change? Scaled Solutions Group is looking for a driven, detail-oriented ERP Application Consultant to support our growing client base in distribution and manufacturing.

As an ERP Application Consultant, you’ll play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting ERP solutions—primarily Epicor Prophet 21 and Kinetic—for clients across North America.

What You’ll Do:

Support ERP implementations, migrations, and upgrades

Assist with configuring modules (finance, inventory, order management, purchasing, etc.)

Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for end users

Document business processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Train users on ERP functionality and best practices

Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver successful go-lives

What We’re Looking For:

Familiarity with distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain workflows

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft
